Raised in an isolated cabin in the woods of Minnesota, Lucas Murphy is now a writer and filmmaker based in Los Angeles. His writing has been published in Currant Jam, Mosaic, Mercer Street and Angel City Review, and he co-founded LA literary magazine Cusper. His TV project THE KING IN YELLOW is in development with August Pointe Productions and he has features in development with Shout! Studios and Buzzfeed Studios. YOU CAN"T TALK TO THE DUDE is his debut short film.
