James Kondelik is a writer/director who began his career at the age of 21-years-old, starting as a film editor in 2011, then transitioning to directing and writing in 2013. He has since worked on 86 projects as an editor, including MINDCAGE starring John Malkovich and Martin Lawrence, and LIGHTS OUT starring Frank Grillo, and directed 12 feature films, shorts, and tv episodes, including Syfy channel films Airplane vs Volcano, Dam Sharks, and the indie horror film Behind The Walls, which screened in hundreds of theaters domestically and internationally. Most recently, he sold the story for the shark film "CHUM", which is being produced for Lionsgate, with many more scripts and projects in various stages of development. James is an avid lover of genre films, looking to move, excite and thrill audiences with ambitiously entertaining and unique films.
